All the above will be carried out with co-ordination of authorized Inspector.
ISO Audits:
Pressure Vessel Designers &Engineers, also provide design assistance for ISO audits of Engineering Industries with well experienced personals in the field.
U, UM Stamps:
Venvel Thermal & Mechanical Designers, design heat exchangers & pressure vessels as per ASME Sec VIII Div I and other applicable reference standards and the same will be obtained approval from Authorized Inspectors before starting production. Accordingly the vessel can be stamped with U or UM, whichever is applicable.
U2 Stamp:
We refer ASME Sec VIII Div 2 for U2 stamp.
S Stamp:
Venvel Thermal & Mechanical Designers, design boilers & heater vessels as per ASME Sec I and other applicable reference standards and the same will be obtained approval from Authorized Inspectors for S Stamp.
R Stamp:
Venvel Thermal & Mechanical Designers also provide design services (Repair) for pressure vessels at field or site as per NB standards and get approval from AI for R stamp approval.
CCOE (Chief controller of explosives, India)
We provide packaged design and audit consultations for approval from CCOE, Nagpur and other regional centers.
